Human Dynamics Laboratory barefoot running study featured on WUFT.

WUFT has featured a study on Barefoot Running performed at the Human Dynamics Laboratory at the UF Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute. The article, entitled “Running debate: minimalist or shod?” discusses how the study came about in response to an increased number of injuries, such as metatarsal stress fractures. The debate centers around the use of traditional sneakers versus newer minimalist running shoes.
