Drs. Herman and Zaremski present at the International Olympic Committee’s World Conference on Prevention of Injury and Illness in Sport

The International Olympic Committee is hosting its triennial conference on sports injury and illness prevention in Monte Carlo, Monaco from March 16 through March 18. The UF Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation is being represented by two of its faculty at this important event.

Dr. Daniel Herman conducted a workshop with UF-Health physical therapist Zach Sutton on “Harnessing Neurocognition for Sports Performance and Rehabilitation.”

Dr. Jason Zaremski gave a poster presentation on his research entitled “Sports-Related Elbow Ulnar Collateral Ligament Injury in the 21st Century.”

Drs. Herman and Zaremski are both assistant professors who work as sports medicine physicians and researchers in the Department’s Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
