We are extremely excited to announce that Dr. Abe Amare and Dr. Eian Fariscal are our chief residents for the 2026-27 academic year! We look forward to their leadership and have full confidence that their commitment and passion will continue to improve the learning environment and residency program.
We would also like to express our gratitude to our outgoing chiefs Dr. Joe Rinaldi and Dr. Danny Kiehl for the countless hours and unwavering dedication they’ve spent planning, scheduling, and advocating on behalf of their residents. They are exceptional role models, and we wish them continued success in their future endeavors. Dr. Kiehl will be continuing to a sports medicine fellowship at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Rinaldi will be continuing to a pain medicine fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
