July was a busy month for the PMR residency department! Dr. Amare and Dr. Coffey attended the ABPMR conference along with faculty in our department. We had our 2025 PMR graduation for our 4 residents (Dr. Conic, Dr. Drozda, Dr. Pendem, and Dr. Thompson). We welcomed our incoming PGY2 residents at orientation as well.

Dr. Mary DesRosiers, MD, of Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. Her interests include audiobooks, nature documentaries, musical theatre, and exercise.
Ravi Shah, DO, Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. His interests include hiking-scaled the 2,800 steep, icy steps of Manitou Incline!, different cuisines, astronomy, collecting shoes and watches
Lauren Taylor, DO, Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her interests include rowing-2 year rower at Alabama, baking, mystery novels, running and outdoors
