Requests for vacation leave shall be submitted to, and approved by, the Program Director prior to the date the vacation leave is taken. Vacation leave may be advanced to Residents proportionate to that person’s expected period of service. All Residents shall be granted 15 days of vacation leave per year of full time employment, if consistent with board requirements.
